How to fit 11 training sessions in one week with a busy family and work schedule? This was my challenge this week. I usually train in the late evenings after the kids go to bed. Looking at my schedule, I had two more time slots where I could fit in an extra training session, early morning and lunch time. I must admit that waking up early is not my thing but that seems inevitable if I want to train more. Anyway, my coach planned 5 days with double workouts. I was a bit scared when I first saw the planning but I can't complain, that's what I asked for. I took it one day at a time and by the end of the week, I was happy to see that I missed just one training session. I had more volume on the home trainer and I was able to have a decent running volume as well. I am not swimming enough though, I need to figure out how to find more time to go the the pool...
